ChartMyVoyage is operated by a Fora Advisor, working under Fora Travel as the host agency. By using this site you agree to use it lawfully, not attempt to scrape or copy its contents without permission, and not represent yourself as affiliated with us or with Virgin Voyages.

The bookings

Every booking made via this site is a booking with Virgin Voyages. Virgin Voyages' own Terms and Conditions, payment schedules, cancellation policies, and Sailor protections apply. ChartMyVoyage acts as your travel advisor of record and First Mate; Virgin Voyages is your service provider. We do not assume liability for the voyage itself, its scheduling, port calls, onboard experience, refunds, or any other matter that is Virgin Voyages' responsibility under their Terms.

Marks and imagery

"Virgin Voyages," "Scarlet Lady," "Valiant Lady," "Resilient Lady," "Brilliant Lady," "First Mate," "Sailor," and related marks are the property of Virgin Voyages Limited and its affiliates. We use these marks under the brand-use rules of Virgin Voyages' First Mate program. Virgin Voyages' photography and video assets used on this site come from Virgin Voyages' official asset library.

Disputes

Any dispute concerning this site or our service is governed by the laws of the State of New York and will be resolved in the courts of that state.
